Network Hospitals

  • Park has empanelled a number of fully equipped hospitals / nursing homes across the country, which have agreed to provide cashless hospitalization services to our members on production of photo identity card issued by us.
  • Names of these Hospitals can be searched at Hospital Network.
  • Issuance of ID Card and User Guidebook
  • ID cards along with comprehensive user guidebook issued within 3 days after receipt of Policy documents from the Insurance Company

Settlement & payment of claims
