Network Hospitals

Park has empanelled a number of fully equipped hospitals / nursing homes across the country, which have agreed to provide cashless hospitalization services to our members on production of photo identity card issued by us.

Names of these Hospitals can be searched at Hospital Network.

Issuance of ID Card and User Guidebook

ID cards along with comprehensive user guidebook issued within 3 days after receipt of Policy documents from the Insurance Company.

The policies, unaccompanied by photographs, are however, enrolled under information to the customer with a request to provide the photographs. For details contact our call center or for online information please go to “Search Insured”

Claim Services

  • Cashless hospitalization

    This service can be availed only at Network Hospital.

    Pre-authorization for Cashless Access.

  • Elective Hospitalization

    Issuance of Pre-authorization letter guaranteeing payment to the Network Provider within hours, if the Policyholder / Ailment is covered under the terms & conditions of the Policy.

  • Emergency Hospitalization

    In case of Emergency, guarantee of payment letter to the Network Provider within 24 hours on verification of nature of ailment from the Network Provider and the claim being admissible under the terms & conditions of the Policy.

Reimbursement of expenses for hospitalization at non-network Hospitals

Immediate intimation of claim to Park on hospitalization.

Documents, in support of the claim, to be submitted within 7 days after discharge from the hospital. For list of documents, please refer to User Guidebook or click “Customer Support.”

Settlement & payment of claims

We at our end make all effort to settle claim within 3 days from the receipt of complete information / documents. For any enquiry contact the Call Centre and for online status please click “Search Insured”.

Cost Containment

We make all efforts to ensure that network hospitals charge only for the services, which are necessary and reasonable. On your part we expect you to be cautious on the charges levied by the hospitals.
